rum, vanilla

12 egg whites
with 200g sugar
and salt
fold in with butter and yolks mass and
200g corn starch
400g flower
2tsp baking powder

butter 3 medium size cake pans

part dough into 3 …
one: add 3tsp maccha powder dissolved in a little milk
two: add raisins soaked in rum
three: mix cocoa powder with milk and mix into half of the dough, add 2 doughs
to the cake pan and stir them into each other with a spoon

bake at 180°c for about 35 minutes
