concerned about adding extra nutritional value for my sushi lovers, i’ve experimented with quinoa instead of rice.
it really tastes surprisingly delicious with the typical sushi dressing mix of vinegar, sugar and salt.
of course quinoa has by no means the stickiness that sushi rice offers. so nigiri style is not really possible
and rolling maki deserves some patience and practice.
i will investigate in some agent for improving the stickiness factor …
