sometimes i am not a vegetarian … so i eat a little meat … and same my crowd, they are vegetarians but sometimes crave for salami … so i call them “salami vegetarians” and that is perfectly fine …
but also a strictly speaking vegetarian person will be happy to bbq with me … corn on the cob, herb and tomato filled mushrooms, eggplant and courgette slices with origan and sea salt, sweet potato, small parcels of spinach, chick peas and halloumi with oriental spice, f and … various salads and sauces and … as i said … only sometimes
steak …

or trout fillets …
with honey.mustard.dill sauce or lemon.sour cream to go along …
or red.hot.chili.jelly …

or …
… anise-basil.cashew.pesto
… tomato.cinnamon.jam
… aioli.sour cream
… sesame.chili.sauce

use organic, untreated apples … infuse the peels with boiling hot water, wait and enjoy with honey …

liked that cake … recently … it is such a healthy combination and delicious at once …

50g breadcrumbs
100g almounds, freshly ground
1 tsp. of baking powder
200g icing sugar
4 eggs
20 cl olive oil
orange and lemon zest (untreated)
whisp eggs and olive oil until fluffy
add sugar … little by little
and the other ingredients
fill into greased cake pan
and bake at 180°c for approx. 40 minutes
syrup
75g icing sugar
drained juice of 1 orange and ½ a lemon
heat until sugar has dissolved
add some cointreau
and spread over ready to eat cake
serve slightly warm with citrus fruit salad and vanilla whipped cream

good food is one essential factor to health and wellbeing. in a holistic sense not only high quality ingredients are substantial, but also a meal, which has been prepared with love.
we’ve all been educated to reward ourselves with food, therefore it has to be a tasty pleasure to make us feel content. apart from taste, texture and the appeal to the eye are just as important, and just as much the whole atmosphere surrounding when having a meal …
unfortunately in our fast moving environment, oases to savour our meals within, are very rare. under the pressure of profitability most give in to the diktat of lowest resistance … and much falls by the wayside, which we are subsequently missing – consciously or not.

my „health with food“ philosophy
quoting paracelsus i believe that all things are poisonous and nothing is without poison - only the dosage decides the outcome. nothing is taboo, even chocolate or pork can be a contribution to health. important are seasonal, to a large extent regional comestibles. the right choice comprehends personal, physical factors, as well as climatic, seasonal and psychic ones … sometimes a „consolation meal“ is good for you … and sometimes an opulent feast, the golden mean, the balance is most important, that is said by our tradition as well as by tcm.
in order to eat healthy no strict diet is needed –it is all about pleasure, positive potentials, adapting habits and developing a feeling for one’s body.
